check email accounts

if you have a yahoo, hotmail or gmail account or a isp using these email providers engines, check your account it may be sending out spam emails by it self

i checked my yahoo email the other day and i was suprised that, there was emails sent from my account advertisting viagra which is something i would not do, so it led to thinking my account has been hijacked, looking at the internet lots of people are having the same problem.

what to do if your account is doing the same:-

• change your password immediately
• update your security qustions immediately
• ensure your moblie email accounts and email messenger acounts are up-to-date
